Published on December 23, 2009

Are you aware of how a revolution in computing has fundamentally reimagined air travel and hospitality recently? Behind all of this is New Jersey native Mr Nicholas Bredimus. His career highlights include time-saving software, aircraft safety enhancements, and even the design of high-value houses. His family tree can tell you all you ought to know regarding the source of his skills and the amount he has done. Traceable back to the days of Rome, in fact Bredimus’ family tree has associations with a great part of Europe. Within the maternal line, on the one hand, he boasts German and Scottish stock. Luxembourg and England, meanwhile, provided the source for his father’s family, although the family came to America in the late 1800s.

And following arrival in America, the family retained its drive and determination to survive and thrive. Part of a family of seven siblings — four girls and three boys — Nicholas was blessed with a father who worked as a mechanical design engineer and a mother who earned her living as a practicing nurse. Nicholas went on to dwell in the Lone Star State for quite some while as well as in Scottsdale, AZ, Reston, VA and Kansas City, MO. Nicholas has taken on prestigious roles with businesses across the air travel sector — most of them big brands. Nicholas ascended to the rank of Vice President with corporations like Trans World Airlines (TWA), Hughes Airwest, and Republic Airlines respectively. Even with all these accomplishments, the airlines have had reason to thank him, above all, for the creations he has made in software design.

His creation of airplane maintenance management computer programs, now commonplace throughout the air travel sector while first created for one specific company, resulted in what is surely his most famous creation. This stands as just one of his major designs for the hotel business and for airlines. His hotel booking software is on its way to stand alongside the aforementioned program as a commonplace, and his room reservation program enabled several major parts of the hotel industry to implement the first pc based architecture. For an encore would come an automated, networked system for ticketing which was an industry first.

He parlayed these successes into roles unconnected to software development, and we should note that he continued to excel. Responsible titles with American Airlines and American Express followed, and of course he founded his own firm seventeen years ago. At the time of writing, however, Mr Nicholas Bredimus has withdrawn from his airline connections and from coding, but he’s still making best use of his skills. To address the most obvious question, you can look for his work in upmarket condos built around all of the newest technologies currently available.
