Let Your Forex MT4 Expertadviser Run on a VPS
This is a little guide for beginners who wants to run a there Forex Metatrader EA Expert Advisors on a VPS
What is a VPS ? It is a Virtuall Private Server.
This Technology makes a Server payable for the normal people and private usage. A real Servermachine will be splitted into few (10-50 or more) virtual machines. That reduced the cost mainly. I tryed some configurations and the best results was on a Windows Server 2003 Forex VPS with 512 MB RAM. On this configuration you can run several MT4 Plattforms at once. In my case I tested 5 Metatrader stable. You have only to install each Metatrader 4 in a several folder.
But be carefull, the provider can make updates at Windows 2003 during the forex trading time and so if they do this the system will be restarted. The problem is, that your MT4 software dont start on a reboot automaticly. And so you must have an eye on your VPS. So you better configure an auto restart of your metatrader forex plattform as an windows task.
